Mold Design

Specifications, product use, costs, quality, quantity are analysed with the customer. We also carry out an approximate analysis of the costs of the tools needed.

Casting Simulation

The casting simulation is a tool used in foundries to monitor the filing process of the aluminum into the mold, so check filling and solidifcation of castings and identify any critical areas.

Mold Implementation

Starting from the 3D design we create the mold made of steel.
The mold is produced by partner companies with whom we established an interchange of know-how.

Rapid Protocasting

From the 3D project of the customer is realized a sand mold which is cast the aluminum alloy desired.

Casting

Taroni foundry, founded in 1974, boasts an accomplished tradition in aluminium die gravity casting.

Laboratory Controls

Our customers can take advantage from our internal lab as regards both the quality and the structure of castings.

Finishing

In the finishing department, procedures such as cutting, grinding, and burring, in order to eliminate possible burrs in excess.

Thermical Treatments

Thermal and surface treatments are performed in order to further improve the qualitative level and mechanical characteristics of aluminum castings

Machining

Aluminium is also extensively adaptable to fabrication and machining processes. According to customer's design, we provide machining of aluminum casting.

Painting

We offer liquid and powder coating as well as sand blasting, custom masking, and aqueous immersion cleaning. Our painters are qualified to offer coatings that are smooth or texture by either spraying liquid or applying powder.

Assembly

If required by the customer we assemble the different components of the product and cast aluminum to obtain the finished product so as to be the unique point of reference for the customer

Logistics

Logistics management is done through our internal management. We use our own means or qualified carriers for shipments around the world
